*Finished this show and really enjoyed this healing drama.
*I love the slow-burn of a romance, but after the leads Seo Kang-joon and Park Min-young have become a romantic couple, their lovey-dovey moments are a bit tiresome.
*At some point Park Min-young annoyed me a little bit and it was not nice of her to read Seo Kang-joon’s diary and then also laugh and make fun of it. She also irritated me when she was bored and tried to wake up a sleeping Seo Kang-joon.
*Probably the most memorable parts of this series are the dramatic scenes with the sisters (Moon Jeong-hee and Jin Hee-kyung) and the abusive husband/brother-in-law. Never expected this, as I thought it was a feel-good show. I loved Moon Jeong-hee. I had never seen her before but she’s beautiful and gives a convincing performance.
*Really love Seo Kang-joon’s energetic little sister Kim Hwan-hee. Though at times bordering on annoying, overall she was fun. I also enjoyed Seo Kang-joon’s friend Lee Jae-wook with his anxieties and clumsiness. I was glad that he got his happy ending with the girl he had a crush on. Both Kim Hwan-hee and Lee Jae-wook bring lightness and positivity amidst the darker scenes.
*I like the actress who plays Seo Kang-joon’s adoptive mother. She’s really good.
