Seo Yi-gang is the best ranger at Jiri Mountain National Park. She knows virtually everything about the area, including where to climb the mountain. Kang Hyun-jo is a rookie ranger at Jiri Mountain National Park. He graduated from the military academy and was once an army captain. He has a secret that he can’t tell anyone about. At the moment I'm only watching The Crowned Clown and Doctor Slump (after having finished Undercover and the short Bing Goo). I caught up with all of the episodes of Doctor Slump already being aired (6 eps. so far) and have to wait until the weekend for two new episodes. I continued watching The Crowned Clown, and having seen 5 episodes in total now, I suddenly don't feel like watching a period drama anymore full of court intrigue. 

So I opted for a new series and just finished the first episode of Jirisan. It's a fast-paced introduction to the series and holds promise for the rest of the show. I like the lead actors Jun Ji-hyun and Ju Ji-hoon (I don't think I've seen them before) and they have good chemistry. I have already read online that there's no romance, just a deep friendship (or maybe there's a slight hint at romance?). The scenery looks stunning and I like the mysterious atmosphere, maybe becoming supernatural. I read somewhere this has Twin Peaks and The X-Files vibes. Excited to continue watching this series!
