*Finished the show recently and totally enjoyed it. This had mostly to do with the main couple Park Bo-young and Park Hyung-sik who have amazing chemistry and are so cute and adorable together. I love them individually as well.
*I didn't particularly like the second male lead Kim Ji-soo and fortunately it was clear from the start that he didn't pose a threat to Park Hyung-sik. So it wasn't necessary to root for Hyung-sik since he was going to win the girl without a fight anyway.
*I admit I did feel a bit sorry for Kim Ji-soo in the end.
*I love Park Hyung-sik being cute and adorable but I also love him when he's serious, especially being emotional when he finds out his brother betrayed him.
*The scene where Park Hyung-sik stays with our Bong-soon, when she's strapped to a ticking time bomb, was soooo intense. I loved how the strong will to save him was thé way to get her superstrength back.
*My sister had already warned me about the slapstick here. Some of the characters are very cartoonish. I didn't mind at first and even found some of the slapstick to be funny. But as the series progressed and the humour became sillier and over the top, it became more of a chore to get through these scenes and it made me lose attention. This included all scenes involving the gangster group, the high school ex-bullies, Team Leader Oh and the imposter monk. Especially the scenes with the terrible imposter monk were just too much on top of the already exaggerated humour.
*That shot with the three leads walking in slow motion towards the camera, after the final showdown where they trapped the villain, is sooooo cool!
*The entire crime part with the villain and his scary mask and the girls hiding in the underground tunnel was pretty grim. It stands in stark contrast with the cuteness and romance development between the leads. But that's K-drama for ya!
*I also liked Bong-soon's parents (especially her dad) and her best friend.
*I really didn't like Kim Ji-soo's stupid musician girlfriend and the subplot where she and Bong-soon's brother fall for each other.
*Also, nice OST with some catchy tunes.
*Great rewatch value, yet minus the slapstick humour.
