I really like Kim Nam-gil. I just finished Live Up to Your Name — also have seen him in Through the Darkness — and I want to see more of him. The Fiery Priest is a popular and acclaimed series with him playing the lead role of the unorthodox priest with a temper, one who's not afraid to use violence in order to combat injustice. It also has a second series lined up this year.
I just watched the first episode and absolutely loved it. It's funny, with quirky characters and a feel-good quality. I don't think it will have romance, on account of the main character being a priest, but there's chemistry and tension between Kim Nam-gil and Lee Ha-nee. Loved their interaction in the first episode. (Lee Ha-nee's character is a bit shady but I'm expecting her to join the good guys.) Also, I'm eager to watch a bromance develop between Kim Nam-gil and Kim Sung-kyun. They haven't met yet. Cannot wait to continue this series!
