I finished episode 12 today (caught up with all the broadcasted episodes, I pretty much binge-watched them) and now I have to wait for new episodes to air (disgruntled look), only four more to go (two more weeks, two eps. per week). I had not expected to like this sooooo much!!! This goes for the show itself but also for its appealing lead couple. Byeon Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon have amazing chemistry and I love their scenes together. Both actors are attractive and I like the male lead much more than I thought I would. I love watching him being in love with our female lead. This OTP (One True Pair/Pairing — never used this term before but here it's more than fitting) makes their romance very believable. My heart flutters and aches for them, I'm so immersed in their story. One thing I had not seen coming at all is the crime part with the serial killer and kidnapping. As much as I love crime series, I'm not sure whether this show would have needed a crime element. Sol is putting her life at risk now, wanting to divert Sun-jae's fate, and I'm scared for both of them.
I love time-travel series, though at times it can become a bit confusing. I love the cute teenage versions of the characters but I think I prefer their adult versions from 2023. I expect the show to end with the present day. And I expect a happy ending! Please, don't let me down! Stay tuned for my final review notes at the end of this month.
