Finished Memories of the Alhambra (2018) today.
I overall enjoyed the show (despite the plot holes and inexplicable things not adding up), but that ending … I had already read online that the ending was disappointing and I was glad I had some warning, because it was indeed a total let-down. I don’t mind open endings, but to have your male protagonist leave the stage for the best part of the last episode and then have him appear in the dark (and not show that beautiful face!) in his final scene/shot, was like … what the hell! And why didn’t they show Park Shin-hye meeting Hyun Bin in his virtual world? They should have given the viewer at least some satisfaction after all that time spent watching the show. Boo! This really needs a second season!
