*The second season proved to be as good and enjoyable as the first, with the focus on the friendship between the five doctors and the further development of their romantic relationships. The medical cases are interesting as well and I also loved the storyline of Dr. Do Jae-hak and his wife and their baby. Fortunately that has a happy ending.

*What I was most looking forward to was Lee Ik-jun (played by Jo Jung-suk) and Chae Song-hwa (Jeon Mi-do) ending up together romantically and I wasn't disappointed. The scene with the kiss in the car was heartmelting.
*I love how competent the doctors are and how dedicated to their jobs! And so human and empathic. The writers did a good job fleshing out these characters and making them multi-dimensional.
*Love the OST! I always burst out laughing when Chae Song-hwa begins to sing enthusiastically out of tune. Also the food scenes make me laugh, especially when Chae Song-hwa and Kim Jun-wan (Jung Kyung-ho) start to stuff themselves like they haven't eaten for weeks and their other friends stare at them incredulously. It's hilarious.

*Everything is tied up nicely as we come to the final episode. Also the older couple Ju Jong-su and Jung Ro-sa (Jeong-won's mother) share a happy ending as they have plans to walk the Camino de Santiago together.
*The last scene with the five friends standing together outside the hospital looking up at the sky made me a bit emotional. I always feel a bit sad when a series that I thoroughly enjoyed has come to an end, after spending all that time with the characters. Gonna miss them for sure!
